Lipstick Review: Colourpop's Lippies

I ordered 2 "Lippies" from Colourpop (Bitchette and Creature) with the eye shadows, I just did not want to have a super long post.

Bitchette is a red color and looks like a Marilyn Monroe color red. It's the perfect red for me! Not too bold, just right. This color is perfect to wear when you are going out or just wanting to add color to your outfit!

Creature caught my eye when I was browsing through all the different colors Colourpop has. This lipstick looks brown online,but when I put it on my lips it looked more of a deep burgundy. When my friend, Laura put it on, for her the color looked more of a deep purple.

Both of these lippies are a matte finish. For me these were long lasting and are well pigmented. The color applies smoothly. The shape of the lipstick helps with applying on the corners of your mouth and top lip.These do feel like there is nothing on your lips.


Would I buy more of these?

I would! They're only $5. They are long lasting and there are many colors to choose from! Usually the saying goes " You pay for what you get" but in this case, you get much more  for your buck!

Eye Shadow Review: Colourpop

I finally received my Colourpop package last Saturday. It took 7 business days to get shipped.(Which is what the company said on their website, 2-7 business days) I ordered 6  super shock eye shadows.

I absolutey love these eye shadows! The colours are really pretty and they're so pigmented.( Didn't even need an eye shadow base) These eye shadows even last through the whole day! ( I have oily lids) Colourpop reccomends on putting these eye shadows on with your finger and I agree. I found that the best way to apply these. I used a mac eye brush and it did not picked up much of the color.These feel soft to the touch. I highly reccomend checking out this cosmetic brand. Especially if you want to try out some new makeup. You really can't beat $5!

Lipstick review: Sephora

Last weekend I purchased 2 Sephora's long lasting lip sticks.

The one on the left is  No 21. The one on the right No.12

No. 21( a couple shades darker than the fuchsia,a dark pink)

No.12 (bright fuchsia color) 

I absolutely love these lipsticks by Sephora. They glide on easily and feel creamy The color shows up so well too, The color will last all day! One problem I had with these is the color on top of the tube is a little bit darker than the actual lipstick itself. It shows up brighter on your lips.These lipsticks also take a while to fully take off your lips.  I got these for $12 each. I recommend getting these lipsticks if you want something to last all day without paying an arm and a leg. www.sephora.com
